Whether you’re an athlete, a student, or someone recovering from an accident, this program offers structured guidance to help manage symptoms and speed up recovery. It’s also suitable for caregivers looking to support loved ones through the recovery process.
You can begin the program as soon as you’ve had a concussion. Ideally, this program is best for individuals within the first few days to weeks of their concussion, but it can also benefit those who are still experiencing symptoms beyond the acute phase. We recommend getting an initial medical assessment after your concussion, as this program complements but does not replace medical care.
Throughout the program, you will have access to educational resources, symptom tracking surveys, and guided exercises tailored to your recovery. While this is a self-guided program, we also provide additional support through a weekly Q&A call and via email to address any questions or concerns you may have during your recovery.
Yes! You will have continued access to the program content even after the 21 days. You will have access for 3 months, allowing you to revisit exercises, educational materials, and other resources to further support your recovery.
